Property Inspection System

Drastically reduces the time to get an accurately described property onto the market.

For use primarily by residential property agents, the system allows a property to be quickly and accurately described using common phrases, room sizes and features, and digital images. The description can be printed at the vendors location, for checking and signing. Images and description data is transmitted back to the office directly into in-house databases or onto the web.

In Dealership Motor Finance Point of Sale

Running over an in-dealership Wireless LAN the constantly connected vehicle configurator and finance point of sale system allows sales people in the showroom or on the forecourt to configure & price a vehicle, enter customer data and produce a finance quotation whilst sitting in the vehicle with the customer. Utilising ISDN or other communication links to finance house, it is even possible to submit the application for credit scoring and receive a response within seconds back to the handheld device. 

Whilst designed for motor finance, the system can be configured for other finance or even as a generic wireless point of sale system.

Utilising a customer database, tailored to the sales executive, can be synchronised between the device and the back-office system. Complete transactions such as the sale of private healthcare, or asset finance agreements can be completed, including the printing and signing of necessary documentation. Utilising GPS and mobile phone technology, our components allow the position of multiple individuals or vehicles to be tracked on a single screen in a control centre, either using passive messages that regularly update the positions, or by active messaging allowing the position of any individual to be requested immediately.
